The One Who Goes

"Look out to the scattered and wounded, to those who have never heard."

The One Who Goes

That which I have, is far more than you have seen so far. I have put the gentle heart of a shepherd in you, and the healing hands of care for the broken and wounded. And your eyes will see far to those who have not.

It will be mercy that will move you to be the who goes, to those who have never had that touch of Jesus. You will be as a tree that others will sit under and find the rest, a shadow of my presence. Because you have planted yourself by the water of my ever flowing river of love, you also will flourish with fruit. Yes, the fruit of goodness and mercy.

Look out to the scattered and wounded, to those who have never heard. Look with my eyes that see the sheep scattered with no shepherd, walking aimlessly into the pit that was never made for man but for the devil and his angels.

The labourers are still few, that’s why I am putting in you a deluge of my Spirit, to accomplish the justice of mercy through you.

As your hand reaches those who are mourning and in pain, it won't be the hand of a person alone, but the hand of Jesus. And they will know the difference between the hand of a person, and one that is the living body of Jesus, clothed with the Spirit of God. Yes, they will know, it wasn’t the touch of man but the invitation of heaven to come home.
